Free Environmental & Educational Use Licence
The music, recordings and accompanying video from The Rivers EP are made available by Earthrise Music for free use by environmental organisations, waterways groups, educational organisations, campaigners, community groups and news/media organisations where the purpose is to raise awareness, inspire action or support the protection and restoration of rivers, lakes and other waterways.
You are welcome to:

use the music or video in environmental campaigns, educational projects, events and presentations;

include the music or video in news reports, documentaries and other editorial coverage;

share, embed or link to the original music and video;

use excerpts where appropriate for the above purposes;

adapt the length or format where reasonably necessary for the context.
No licence fee is required.

The work remains copyright © Earthrise Music. This licence does not transfer ownership or copyright.
The music and video may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement by Earthrise Music of a political party, commercial product or organisation without prior permission.
Commercial use, advertising, sponsorship or use that is primarily intended to sell a product or service is not covered by this free licence. Please contact Earthrise Music to discuss permission.
We reserve the right to withdraw permission for a particular use if we believe it is misleading, defamatory, harmful to the waterways cause, or contrary to the spirit of this licence.
If you are unsure whether your proposed use is covered, please get in touch. We would much rather hear from you and help you use the work than put unnecessary barriers in the way.
The intention of this licence is simple: if the music can help people care about rivers and take action to protect them, please use it.
